The standard opal tray measures 33.5 cm wide × 27.5 cm long × 7 cm high and is made from 6 mm opal acrylic. Before ordering, check the space available in your fridge and on your table, allowing room around the tray for handling and serving.

What comes with your opal tray?
Each tray includes protective corner covers and clear protection/grip tabs fitted underneath. The internal joins have a thin protective coating of fully cured food-contact-safe epoxy resin. Food-contact surfaces consist of the acrylic and cured epoxy coating.
The tray is made to order in Australia. Dessert, decorations and serving accessories pictured are not included, and paper decorating templates are sold separately.
Choose the tray that suits your occasion

Care for your tray between celebrations
Use the opal tray for chilled desserts and cold food presentation. Hand wash with lukewarm water, mild detergent and a soft cloth, then store flat. Avoid hot food, boiling liquids, dishwashers, abrasive cleaners and cutting directly on the tray. Discontinue use if the acrylic, joins or protective resin coating become damaged.
