Products & Sizing
What are fillable letters and numbers?
They are reusable trays designed for party tables, baby showers, birthdays and event food displays. Fill them with sweets, fruit, desserts or charcuterie to spell names, ages or themed words such as “BABY” or “ONE”. Our trays are made in Australia and produced to order for consistent quality and fit.
What sizes are available?
Our most common heights are 10 cm, 24 cm, 30.5 cm and 38 cm. Custom sizes, words and shapes are available on request. Larger designs may be made in multiple pieces for easier handling. All custom sizing is subject to feasibility and production limits.
Can I request custom shapes, logos or designs?
Yes. We can consider logo-shaped trays, sports symbols, themed party designs and other custom concepts within our production range. See how custom orders work or send us your idea for a feasibility check and quote.
Can I choose colours?
Many products are available in a range of colours and rim options, including sports colours and seasonal themes. If your preferred colour isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll confirm what is available.
Food Use & Care
What materials are the trays made from?
Most of our grazing trays are made from lightweight, reusable PLA plastic unless a product listing states otherwise. PLA is a plant-based material. Check each product listing for its specific material details.
Are the trays safe for food?
They are designed for food display and incidental food contact only. When serving unpackaged food, line the tray with baking paper or another suitable food-safe liner. Use with cold or dry foods only.
Are the trays reusable?
Yes. Hand wash them with warm, soapy water after use. Do not use a dishwasher or expose them to temperatures above 40°C, as high heat may cause warping. With proper care, they can be reused for many celebrations.
Ordering & Delivery
How do I order the right number of characters?
Select the product listing you need and add each character separately. For example, “JACK5” contains five characters, so add five letters or numbers to your order and specify each character in the purchase options.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days within Australia and 5–15 business days internationally, depending on your location. Express Post is available at checkout for faster delivery where offered.
