Fill Technique
Numbered List
Place larger items first
Fill gaps with smaller pieces
Group similar colours together
Slightly overfill for best visual impact
Do not tightly pack food — loose layering looks better.
Styling You Words & Numbers
Instead of filling every letter the same, vary them slightly.
Example: “BABY”
B – White marshmallows + chocolate
A – Strawberries + grapes
B – Jelly lollies + gummies
Y – Yogurt-coated snacks
Quantity Guide
For 24cm letters, approx. 40mm deep:
Candy: 250–350g per letter
Fruit: 1–1.5 cups per letter
Charcuterie: 200–300g total mix per letter
Table Set Up Tips
Use a flat surface (marble, timber, or white tablecloth)
Leave small gaps between letters for readability
Add height behind with florals or stands
Keep napkins or tongs nearby
Wipe edges before serving
Food Safety Notes
Fill letters as close to serving time as possible
Keep chilled items refrigerated until needed
Avoid direct sunlight on chocolate and cheese
Wash and fully dry fruit before filling
Please note: that all of our trays are not dishwasher safe. Wash only in luke warm water and dishwashing liquid.
